Hey there! My name is Sophie, and I am genuinely excited to share my journey with you. I’ve spent the past 20 years in business, beginning when I was just 19 years old.
At that young age, I was eager to learn and grow, and I’ve learned more than I could ever put into words. At 29, I took a leap and bought my second business, and every experience has taught me the true value of serving others. Whether in business or life, when we serve others, we not only impact them but we also grow ourselves.

I’m a proud mom of two incredible boys and have been happily married for 20 years. My family is my heart and my motivation. As a business owner and mom, I’ve learned that life is all about balance, growth, and connection.
My ultimate passion is to help others. I’ve always been drawn to the world of wellness, and I’m thrilled to be pursuing a career in Wellness Services. I am proudly certified in providing professional Japanese head spas, a treatment I’m so happy to offer in North Bay!
The benefits of a head spa are endless: it promotes relaxation, stimulates hair growth, improves circulation, detoxifies the scalp, relieves tension, headaches, and nourishes both the hair and skin. The calming experience is a great way to relieve stress and improve overall well-being.
Nails
I have completed multiple professional manicurist courses over the years, building a strong foundation in high-quality nail care and luxury techniques. After doing nails for many years, I chose to elevate my skills even further by enrolling in a comprehensive, specialized Nail Technician program. Unlike a broad esthetics course, this training is deeply focused and advanced, allowing me to master the newest trends, techniques, and premium products in the nail industry.
Nails have always been a refined artistic focus for me, and I’m excited to now bring my expertise and editorial-level craftsmanship to everyone, delivering chic, crisp, and impeccably polished results
Life Coaching
However, my journey doesn’t stop there! I’m also certified in Life Coaching and Mindset Reframe. This is a true passion of mine because I believe in empowering people to break free from limiting beliefs in themselves and take charge of their lives.
